Shipping
Most items are shipped within 2 business days and will arrive within 7 to 14 business days. We will notify you of any shipping delays. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped in the same package.
We ship to all 50 states within the United States. Additional charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders.
Return Policy
You are assured complete satisfaction with your Turkey Creek Outfitters order or we will refund the amount of your purchase.* If for any reason you are not pleased, simply return the unused item within 30 days for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price. A return authorization number is required for all returns.
*There is a 20% restocking fee for each returned item. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please contact us at otisw@pldi.com and you will be provided with an RMA number by our staff. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the return shipping carton. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, nor will credit be issued.
Returned items must be packaged securely in the original packaging and in unused condition, showing no signs of use or wear. Please note: any item received damaged or not resalable as new, will not be credited.
We will not accept COD deliveries. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer; this includes original packaging, returns, and exchanges.
